- 1 Tablespoon Raw Papaya
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Heaped Chili Powder
- Salt to taste

- 3 Green Chilies – Grind
- 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
- 1 Onion Grind
- 2 Tablespoon Butter
- ¼ Teaspoon Nutmeg
- ¼ Teaspoon Mace Grind

How to Cook Gola Kabab :
Mix the mince with all the ingredients like raw papaya, chili powder, salt, ginger garlic, green chilies, garam masala, coriander leaves, butter, mace, nutmeg, onion and green cardamom.
